Use the phones you know
Guides and travelers use the Tour Companion App on their own phones. Travelers can join through a QR entry point without confusing personal sign-in with listening.

Every journey deserves to be heard
Guides speak from their phones, and travelers listen on their own. Together with a dedicated Tour Companion WiFi device, Tour Companion connects a tour group with the sounds and stories of the moment.

A dedicated WiFi device provides the tour group’s local network. On-site commentary requires the same interoperable network; no external Internet does not mean there is no local WiFi.
First obtain the Guide’s QR, then allow the WiFi connection, find the Guide, and join the commentary. Scanning, connecting, and listening are separate stages.
